What’s the Timeline and Who Are the Builders?


Ventana Capital, Red Rocks Ranch developer, continues developing the infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, utilities, etc.). The full build-out of the community is projected for 2025-2030. Currently, the main builder for Red Rocks Ranch is Lennar.
